Introducing Nessa! 💗🐾 This little Chihuahua is the definition of tiny-but-mighty cute. With her petite frame, bright curious eyes, and that sweet expression that stops you in your tracks, she has a way of completely stealing hearts without even trying. She’s dainty, precious, and absolutely irresistible—one of those puppies you just want to scoop up and never put down.
At 12 weeks old and just 4 pounds, Nessa thrives on love and connection. She’s happiest right by your side (or in your arms), soaking up attention and returning it tenfold. She’s outgoing, confident, and wonderfully social—she adores kids, cats, and other dogs, and greets everyone like an old friend.
Nessa is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find a forever home where she can be cherished, cuddled, and loved endlessly. She’s a little girl with a huge heart and so much love to give.
RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please go to:

A potential adopter will submit an application. A vet reference is very helpful and will speed the adoption process along. Once approved, a phone interview will be conducted and the adopter will sign a contract. Transport will then be scheduled to bring the new pet home.
