My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet and petite Erin is a simple gal looking for a simple life. An expert cuddler, she is a perfect companion cat for someone looking for a cat who wants to hang out. She particularly enjoys sitting on your belly/chest while you lounge in bed and if you open a little tunnel under the covers, she’ll come cuddle right up against you for a little bit! Erin lets out a soft, skeptical growl at first, and is slow to warm up, but boy when she does is she a doll! Erin had it rough on the streets, found severely underweight. To receive immediate veterinary care, she went to a shelter and earned herself an eartip as a badge of courage. She was so tiny, we just couldn’t put her back on the street before winter and Erin is most grateful for the opportunity to take warm and cozy naps and put on a little belly! Erin is FIV+ but a savvy adopter knows that’s nbd! Though slightly more prone to infections, FIV+ cats commonly live similar lifespans to other cats. They can live with FIV- cats with negligible risk of transmission as long as everyone gets along since FIV is primarily spread through bite wounds or from mom to kittens. Give this darling gal the life of luxury she deserves!

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All of our cats are cared for in devoted foster homes.

When adoptable, most go to PetSmart on Feedwire Rd in Centerville or to PetSmart on Miamisburg-Centerville Rd by the Dayton Mall. Their bio will indicate where they're located, and if they're in a PetSmart, you can go to meet them.

If they're in a foster home, we are happy to arrange a meeting with an approved application.

More about this rescue

We are a no kill, foster-based rescue in Dayton, OH, that specializes in taking the most at risk cats and kittens from our local community. Many of our cats come in as strays and we provide them with all necessary vetting to get them adoption ready. Until then, they live with us in our homes where they receive dedicated attention and care.

We are all volunteers who live and work in your local community!

We have a motto that we live by: It Takes a Village! And that village always needs new members, so please consider donating to, adopting from, or simply sharing our cause.
