My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Nugget (Female)

Meet Nugget, a playful little girl with a big love for fun and adventure! Nugget is always on the move—whether she’s climbing to the top of the cat tree, chasing jingly balls across the floor, or pouncing on her favorite stick toys. When playtime slows down, you’ll often find her parked in front of the TV, completely mesmerized, or happily tucked inside an empty box (her absolute favorite hangout). Nugget’s joyful spirit and curiosity make her a delight to have around, and she’s ready to bring nonstop entertainment and love to her forever home.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, FIV/FeLV combo test, dewormer, flea treatment, age appropriate vaccines, and microchip. Lifeline Cat Rescue is a private 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that relies on donations and volunteers. You may donate at https://checkout.shelterluv.com/donate/LCRN or by clicking on the green button on the top right.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All of our cats are cared for in devoted foster homes.

When adoptable, most go to PetSmart on Feedwire Rd in Centerville or to PetSmart on Miamisburg-Centerville Rd by the Dayton Mall. Their bio will indicate where they're located, and if they're in a PetSmart, you can go to meet them.

If they're in a foster home, we are happy to arrange a meeting with an approved application.

More about this rescue

We are a no kill, foster-based rescue in Dayton, OH, that specializes in taking the most at risk cats and kittens from our local community. Many of our cats come in as strays and we provide them with all necessary vetting to get them adoption ready. Until then, they live with us in our homes where they receive dedicated attention and care.

We are all volunteers who live and work in your local community!

We have a motto that we live by: It Takes a Village! And that village always needs new members, so please consider donating to, adopting from, or simply sharing our cause.
