Floyd may have had a rough start, but you’d never know it from his cheerful personality! This playful youngster came to us with a severe herpes infection in both eyes, but thanks to great care and a strong spirit, he’s now thriving, and ready to share his love with a forever family.
Floyd is a lovable goofball who finds joy in everything, especially “helping” you change your bed (spoiler: he’s more of a hindrance, but he means well). He’s an active kitten who loves toys, treats, and anything involving canned food. After playtime, he’ll curl up for a cozy nap in his favorite fluffy bed.
Floyd is great with other cats and would do well in a household with children of any age. He hasn’t met dogs yet, but he’s a confident and adaptable kitty. Since 1998, they have worked diligently to enhance the lives of animals in the Greater New Orleans area and southeast Louisiana through programs directed at education, adoption, foster, rescue, and affordable spay/neuter.
