Meet Richard, Richard is a smart, energetic young man who has a lot of drive. We don`t know how he will choose to use this energy when not under supervision, so at least initial crating is recommended while he gets used to your home. Richard is affectionate and wiggly but due to his possession with food, we recommend a home with children 16 years of age and up. Richard is reactive to dogs here at the shelter, but we are willing to try a few meet and greets to see if he can get past that and be a good companion for a home with another dog. He is willing to coexist with cats who are used to living with other dogs. If you are interested in meeting Richard, please bring all human and canine family members living in your home to meet him.
