Ashes is loads of fun! He enjoys wrestling his brother onyx and charging his food bowl. Be careful he doesn’t knock it down! He is just as enthusiastic about being your friend. Both he and his brother love pets and playtime. Don’t worry about his sparse hair in places. He was in a rough overcrowded place previously, but he is clean and soothed now so his hair is beginning to grow back. His tail is amusingly short haired at the base while being plumed at the end and his coat is soft and silky. He will be a fun addition to your family, ready to investigate whatever you do!

All animal adoptions are typically $80. For puppies and kittens under the age of 6 months, adoptions are $100. For dogs, this includes the first series of vaccinations, deworming, spay/neuter, heartworm testing and heartworm preventative. For cats, this includes the first series of vaccinations, deworming, spay/neuter and feline AIDS/leukemia testing. All cats and kittens adopted from the Germantown Animal Shelter are not allowed to be declawed. Any questions should be directed to animalshelter@germantown-tn.gov.
