My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sylvia! 🍂🐾

Sylvia is a stunning brown tabby with beautiful streaks of warm orange woven through her coat — a little touch of sunshine she carries everywhere she goes. Her unique coloring is matched only by her gentle, loving personality.

This sweet girl adores attention and melts under soft pets and chin scratches. She’s affectionate without being demanding, always happy to curl up nearby and share quiet moments with her people.

Sylvia is ready to bring warmth, sweetness, and a whole lot of love to her forever home. If you’re looking for a gentle companion with a heart of gold, this lovely girl is waiting to meet you. 💕🐱

Additional adoption info

For our dogs, we are a foster-based organization that primarily helps our county government-operated shelter with surrender diversion, i.e. owners rehoming pets, help with behavior issues, etc. In September 2023 we opened a cat adoption center that supports the effort to keep more cats out of the shelter.
