My sister-in-law lives in an assisted living facility and has a 14 year old chihuahua dachshund mix name Lulu.
My SIL is wheelchair bound and unable to properly care for Lulu. Lulu is a good, loyal, and loving dog who has developed poor hygiene due to my SIL’s restricted mobility. The facility has asked that she re-home the dog, and has given a short timeline.
