Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Captain Feather is a sweet and playful boy in need of a foster home to rest and recover in.
Reason for Foster: Ringworm
Foster Time Frame: 2-3 Weeks (The foster time frame may be longer depending on future rechecks and medical needs.)
Foster Care Plan: Captain Feather is being treated for ringworm, which is a common fungal skin infection. This can be contagious, so it is recommended that they be kept in a room away from other pets. Be sure to wash your hands and change clothes after interacting with them. A room without upholstered furniture or carpet is ideal. This kiddo will need regular lime sulfur dips and will go to foster with antifungal medication. We will provide a medical consultation at your pickup to ensure you are prepared to take great care of this sweet boy!

Foster to Adopt Program: Captain Feather is available for our Foster to Adopt Program, which allows pets to be placed with prospective adopters before they become available for adoption. If you’re interested in fostering, please visit https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/ or email us at foster@operationkindness.org to learn more.
