He has found that playing with humans can be fun, but needs a little encouragement and patience. Neal enjoys relaxing and people watching on perches but craves the under the chin scritches the most.

Before G.R.A.S.P., Inc. was formed, animals that were not claimed by their owners were routinely euthanized. We also strive to educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter and the need to tag their pets at all times.
