My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Louis is a neutered, long-haired gentleman with a soft heart to match his fluffy coat. He’s on the shy side and likes to keep to cozy hiding spots at first, but don’t let that fool you—once you’re nearby, he’s happy to accept gentle pets and quiet company. Louis isn’t a fan of being picked up, but he shows affection in his own calm, sweet way. He does well with other cats and would be a great companion in a peaceful home that understands shy kitties just need a little patience. Give Louis the time and space to feel safe, and he’ll reward you with soft purrs and a quiet, loving presence.

Cats are same day adoptions as they do not require an application process. If you'd like to meet our cats, call the shelter and we can get you scheduled in. Or come in during our kennel hours which are Mon-Fri 12pm-4pm. Or we are open Saturdays 9am-1pm. If you have any questions give us a call at 937-498-7201.
