Smokey will be 5 years old in February and is a great mix of playful and relaxed. She still enjoys running around and playing fetch, but she’s past the nonstop puppy stage and settles well in the home. She loves being around people and is happiest relaxing in the same room with you or sleeping on the couch.
She has grown up alongside my daughter and has done very well with her and other kids she’s been around. Smokey is gentle, affectionate, and has never hurt a person or another animal. She prefers people and would thrive as the only dog, where she can get all the attention. She has been around cats that keep to themselves without issues.
Smokey does fine when left home and has never been destructive. She’s a pretty quiet dog overall and may bark a little if someone walks by outside, but it’s minimal. She’s an affectionate, people-oriented dog who enjoys being close to her people and relaxing nearby.
