Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Otto
Otto is our handsome young tuxedo boy! He recently came to HAP when his previous owners could no longer care for him. Otto's settled in nicely in our free roaming cat room where he's mister social and always up for making new feline and human friends alike! He loves to play with his toys and run in and out of the tunnels and loves to chase the wands and feathers. Otto is a very affectionate kitty and once he knows you, he'll even roll over and offer up his belly for some rubs! Due to his age and his friendly disposition, Otto would do well in just about every home out there. So stop in today if you're looking to add a fun loving, loveable tuxedo boy to your family!
Kittens require a significant amount of patience and training to learn how to behave properly in a home. The first few months of having a kitten is a critical time to improve socialization and help your kitten become confident. Exposing your kitten to all kinds of touch, sounds, people, and animals can ensure a well-socialized adult cat. Remember, kittens aren’t born knowing how to live in a human’s world, it is up to you to teach them how to make good decisions in a positive and caring manner. The more positive interactions they have in their first year of life will set them up for better behavior in the future.
If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific cat but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! We may require all household members, including children, to come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and a small bag of food to get you started.
