My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Howdy! I’m Sally! This cute little gal is looking for a home! I don’t know if I ever had a home or not. I was brought to a vet clinic by a kind stranger who found me along the road. After a day or two, the clinic called the shelter to pick me up. Well actually the shelter is the best place to connect with your lost pet. I was never claimed by my owner and I am now ready for adoption. I have all of my vaccinations for my age, I have a microchip, and I have been spayed. If you think you would like to adopt me, just remember I am still a young pup! I will take up lots of your time and patience. But in return I will give you lots of love and a ton of kisses!

Additional adoption info

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
