My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mistle Toe 🎄

Mistle Toe is a playful, spunky little pup with a big heart—especially when it comes to her sister. She can be a bit shy when first meeting new people, but once she feels safe, her fun-loving personality shines right through.

This bouncy, squirmy girl is full of curiosity and always ready to explore her surroundings. Toys are her absolute favorite, and she’s happiest when she’s busy playing, investigating something new, or romping around with puppy energy. Mistle Toe is sweet, loyal, and full of potential to grow into a confident, loving companion.

If you’re looking for a curious, playful puppy with a protective streak and lots of love to give, Mistle Toe could be the perfect addition to your family 🐾💖

More about this shelter

We are Wilson County Animal Control; we always try and find the owner first in the field and on the lost and found pet Facebook page. If no owner is found, we post all adoptable pets to try and get the dogs adopted, we also work with several rescues in the area. We always want what is best for the dog in our facility.
