My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mayflower came to ACS from the Hornell Area Humane Society, after being rescued roadside alongside her brother and sister. From the very beginning, Mayflower has shown just how special she is. She’s a beautiful tabby with a charming white spot on her chest, and a personality that’s just as bright.
Sweet, kind, and incredibly affectionate, Mayflower is often the first to seek out attention. She loves people and isn’t shy about asking for pets, cuddles, or a warm lap to settle into. A true lap cat, she adores being close and will happily curl up for snuggles, purring contentedly while soaking up affection. Her loving nature makes her a joy to be around, and her gentle temperament helps her bond quickly.
Mayflower is also naturally curious and enjoys exploring her surroundings, always eager to see what’s happening around her before returning to her favorite people for affection. This perfect balance of curiosity and cuddles makes her a wonderful companion. With her affectionate heart, cuddly personality, and friendly confidence, Mayflower would thrive in a home looking for a loving, interactive kitty. If you’re searching for a sweet companion who will greet you first and steal your heart quickly, Mayflower is ready to meet you.
