Meet Spot…your new Shadow & devoted best Friend all in one perfect puppy package.
Spot is SWEET AS CAN BE! He is approximately 5 months old (born around 8/2) , 26 pounds and will most likely be medium sized when full grown. The vet estimated 40-50 pounds full grown. He is looking for a forever home- and a forever human to stick right beside. If you have ever dreamed of a dog who wanted to be wherever you are, this guy is your match!! Spot loves every human and dog that he has ever met. His tail instantly starts wagging and he is quick to greet anyone he comes in contact with. He has never met a toy or ball that he didn’t love and he loves to fetch and play tug-of-war.
Spot is puppy-curious and learning about this new world. He is doing great with potty and crate training but will need a family that will be consistent with training as well as patient while he masters these skills. He sleeps through the night (preferably next to his human) and has learned basic commands. He’s still young, curious, and ready to keep learning with a family who will guide him and give him the attention he thrives on.

Your application will be reviewed by our team and if it is a good fit, we will send to the foster family to set up a meet!
The adoption fee of $500 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed!
*please note that we are a foster home based rescue and we do home visits as part of the adoption process - we are unable to adopt to families who live outside of the Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Thank you for your understanding.
