Hugo is a force of nature. He is an extremely sweet and intelligent 4 year old dog but he also has some challenges.
He has always been an anxious dog but his leash reactivity has gotten worse throughout the years. I have taken him to multiple trainers and tried different medications but sadly nothing has worked. I’m sure he could benefit from more professional training and the right medication but I just don’t have the money and at the end of the day, living in an apartment, I just can’t provide the right environment for his needs.
Despite his leash reactivity, he loves being around people and dogs when there aren’t any barriers or constraints. He is playful, loves to be chased, and is obsessed with balls. He was also raised with a cat who he gets along with well.
He really should be in a home with a yard so he can get the physical stimulation he needs.
