Leia is a 9.5 year old Calico female. She is very affectionate to the adult in the home but recently she has not been doing well with the other cat (her sister), the dog or our child. She will lash out at them unprovoked and it is no longer safe for her or them here. She would do best in a home as an only pet and just adults. She does take some time to warm up but once she does, she is a huge lap cat. She likes to snuggle but she also prefers her alone time in a sunny spot in the house. She was rescued along with her litter mate from a cardboard box on the side of the road. She and her sister were best friends up until recently. She had bladder stones about a year and a half ago but those were taken care of with the vet and prescription urinary food (Science Hill) that is recommended to continue to use to avoid them coming back in the future.
