Hi, I’m Oscar 🤍🧡

I’m a gorgeous long-haired white and orange adult boy with a big heart and an even bigger love for people. I’m super friendly and happiest when I’m around my humans—whether that’s hanging out nearby, soaking up attention, or just being part of the action.

I can get a little too affectionate sometimes and give “love nibbles,” which is why I need a calm, adult-only home that understands my enthusiasm and can help guide me with gentle boundaries. It’s all love—I just don’t always know my own strength when I’m excited.

If you’re looking for a handsome companion who truly enjoys human company and wants to be part of your everyday life, I might just be your guy. I promise lots of charm, companionship, and devotion in return 💕

Submit Application

Whether you're interested in a specific pet or not, fill out our application online at houstonpetsalive.org.

2.
Meet the Pet

Once your application is approved, a meet and greet will be set up between you and your pet of interest.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet and greet goes well and your adoption application is approved, you will sign the adoption contract.

4.
Pay Fee

Once the adoption contract is signed, you will pay the adoption fee.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Bring your new best friend home! Remember that it will take some time for him/her to adjust to their new environment.
