Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Previous partner brought Sushi home. We already had two cats so a third one was stretching our resources. She was also direct from another person so she was not spayed. She is about 7 years old. She is pretty skittish around people. It took a really long time to get her to not react badly when reaching for her. Even now she initially will pull back when reaching toward her but she will allow herself to be pet by me after a few seconds. Despite having two separate litter boxes, majority of the time she will not use it and will go on the floor in the garage. She needs a home where someone can give her the attention she needs.
