Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rex – ID 16235 – Kennel 54
Terrier mix – brown and wheat – male – 2 years old – 64 lb – will be neutered prior to adoption – up to date on vaccines – heartworm negative – dog friendly – good with children – arrived Jan 8
Rex is a really sweet, lovable boy who is still trying to understand why his world suddenly changed. His former owners shared that Rex is very smart and resourceful—so much so that he figured out how to climb fences. With the right setup and supervision, his intelligence can be a wonderful trait, and it’s clear he’s a dog who thrives with engagement and guidance.
Right now, Rex is understandably confused, but through it all he remains incredibly gentle and affectionate. He’s very, very sweet, enjoys being around people, and has a naturally charming, cute personality that shines once you spend time with him. He does well with other dogs and is good with children, making him a great candidate for a family environment.
Rex is looking for a home that will appreciate his smarts, give him appropriate outlets, and provide the stability he’s missing right now. With love, structure, and a secure space, Rex is ready to become a loyal, fun, and deeply devoted companion.
