“Bats” (Batgirl) is from the Bagley neighborhood of Detroit just a couple of miles from the Catfé Lounge. Bats made her first appearance in her fosters backyard in October for daily feeding with the community cats on the block. Bats is sweet, shy and affectionate and leans into pets. Bats would do best as the only cat in the household or with 1 other sweet and mellow cat. Bats has a great appetite and loves every flavor of Churu she’s had to opportunity to try. Is comfortable with pellets or littler. Currently eating Fancy Feast Chicken Pate and Kirkland dry cat food in the purple bag.

Meet the Pet
Some of our kitties are in foster homes and about 40 are at our shelter. So be patient! We may have to schedule a visit at a foster home.
Approve Application
The volunteer adoption coordinator will call your veterinary reference and your personal references. Video home visit too!
