My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm a friendly and social guy and really enjoy going for walks and playing. I'm very good on the leash and don't pull at all. I'd love to have a fenced backyard of my own to run around in and wouldn't mind going with you in the car to run some errands. That sounds like a lot of fun. I might be a little slow to warm up to new people, but I love people! I don't mind getting toenail trims and am a very good boy when the doctor takes care of me. My skin is a little itchy but I got a shot for that which really helped. I may be deaf but that doesn't slow me down in the least. I love eating my wet food, but don't love kibble too much ~~ unless you can find a really yummy food that I will like, of course! I am just looking for a really good home and some people to love, a couple of comfy beds and cool toys. I'd even like another friendly dog to play and hang out with. I don't know what cats are yet because I haven't been around them.

MEDICAL: Chance is healthy, current on vaccines/vet services and bloodwork, has a negative fecal test and heartworm test.

His adoption fee is $145 and includes a month of Simparica Trio (for heartworms, fleas, ticks, intestinal parasites) to go home with him. Chance should remain on heartworm and flea/tick prevention for life to keep him happy and healthy.

If you have space in your heart and home for an exceptional boy, come and meet Chance today and see if he would be a good fit for your family. More about this rescue

Mission

Our mission is to help all animals in need and educate pet owners about the realities of pet guardianship. We serve our community through the endorsement of spay or neuter for all companion animals, and promoting respect and responsibility for all animals on this earth to enhance the lives of pet owners and their companion animals.

Overview

Braveheart Bulliez Rescue is a 501(c)3 organization headed by Carolyn O’Brien and a network of experienced and dedicated animal rescue volunteers. We work with local shelters to:
-- identify animals in need of immediate rescue
-- provide vaccination and spaying/neutering (as necessary)
-- relocate the animals to caring foster homes for care for socialization and rehabilitation
-- seek qualified adopters to give these animals, new, loving homes!

Description

We are a 501(c)3 organization completely supported by donations that are used for paying for medical, food, and transportation costs. Braveheart Bulliez Rescue actively searches for permanent homes for its rescued animals and has a specialty for abuse and neglect. We also provide assistance to individuals as well as other animal rescue groups fostering animals in need of permanent new homes.
