If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
This almost 8-month-old kitten was adopted from shelter at 4 months. He is extremely shy and noise-sensitive, but he is also a very affectionate cat once he feels safe. He loves to be near his person and enjoys cuddling. He seeks out affection on his own terms, and in a calm environment he shows just how sweet and loving he can be. Sudden movements, loud or unexpected sounds, and busy activity can easily overwhelm him, and when stressed he tends to hide until things settle again. He would do best with someone who understands timid cats and is willing to provide a very calm, predictable home. An adult-only household with no other pets, minimal noise, and a consistent routine would be ideal. While he may always be a sensitive cat, with the right person and environment he can be a very sweet, loving companion.
Important info: neutered, rabies vaccination, FVRCP, FeLV, dewormed, flea treatment and microchipped.
Fun Fact: He loves watching TV!
