Corn Dog is one of six adorable pups from the Carnival Litter, found huddled together under an abandoned home. He’s as playful and full of flavor as his name—ready to bring joy and excitement to your life!
Corn Dog loves squeaky toys, tasty treats, and splashing around in water like it’s his own personal carnival ride. The vet couldn’t stop bragging about how well-behaved he is for his age—seriously, he’s a little superstar!
But here’s the real deal: puppies are a lot of work. Corn Dog needs time, patience, and plenty of love to grow into an amazing dog. We’re looking for families who can commit to:
✅ Puppy training classes (proof of completion required)
✅ Socialization and stability
✅ Not leaving him alone for more than 3 hours a day
He’s still very young and needs a home that can give him the attention he deserves. In return, you’ll get endless cuddles, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime.
If you’re ready for the adventure of raising a puppy and giving Corn Dog the best start in life, step right up—he’s waiting for you! Apply now for a new best friend and family member.

More about this rescue
Fetching Hearts Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)(3), volunteer run rescue that is dedicated to saving dogs who have been abused, neglected or abandoned and finding loving, caring homes for them.
We rely on a network of foster families so that each dog that we pull into the safety of our rescue is placed in a foster home and is no longer confined to a life in a kennel.
We are committed to helping dogs of all ages, breeds and sizes by partnering with shelters and animal control services right here in Connecticut as well as with several high kill shelters in the South.
We do a full assessment of each dog's temperament and health to ensure that we are able to find the most suitable home for them. Every dog is fully vetted - meaning they are up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and micro chipped - before being adopted.
The ASPCA estimates that approximately 3.3 million dogs in the United States enter shelters each year, of which approximately 670,000 are euthanized*. Our goal is to advocate for and provide education about the need for spaying and neutering to eliminate what has become an epidemic of unwanted dogs.*
