What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
A one-year-old male Cocker Spaniel, Charlie, joined our family as a puppy. He is loving, loyal, and deeply affectionate, forming strong bonds with those he loves. Each morning and every return home is met with genuine joy. He loves the dog park, enjoys being outdoors, and likes roaming and following his nose.
Gentle and kind-natured, he uses soft paws, has never bitten, and truly wants to please. He understands his collar and leash and politely signals when he needs to go outside by waiting patiently at the door or gently tapping an arm. He prefers sleeping in his crate and often goes there on his own for rest or special treats.
Empathic and soulful, he is very attuned to the emotions of the people around him. He responds especially well to routine and structure and thrives with predictable daily rhythms. He would do best in a home where someone is around during the day, ideally with young children, a yard, and an active family life.
