Meet Magnus!
Magnus is a handsome senior Rottweiler mix with a calm, gentle soul and a heart full of love. He came to us through no fault of his own when his landlord would no longer allow pets. In the home, Magnus is described as relaxed, well-mannered, and wonderfully affectionate—he loves meeting new people and will happily nudge your hand until you give him some well-deserved pets.

Magnus does beautifully in a quiet household and is content to lounge on his dog bed, nap while you’re at work, or enjoy a nice walk or time in a fenced yard. He’s house-trained, knows several commands, and even rings a bell to let you know when he needs to go outside. He’s been around a young child and was noted to be patient, gentle, and playful. Magnus also enjoys car rides, trips to the beach, and anything involving water—plus sweet potatoes and smoked turkey are high on his favorites list!

This sweet senior is looking for a calm, loving home where he can enjoy his golden years, soak up affection, and be the loyal companion he’s always been.
