Meet Alex!
Alex is a 6.5-year-old good boy with a big heart and an even bigger love for human affection. He’s happiest when he’s playing with his people or soaking up all the attention he can get. Alex enjoys the company of other dogs, but he prefers sticking to his own pack, he’s not overly interested in dogs outside his circle. His cat compatibility is unknown.
Alex is not a fan of kennels and has proven to be quite the escape artist, so he currently uses a special escape-proof crate when needed. The good news is he appears to be potty trained, but like many dogs with a difficult past, he may need a little supervision at first in a new environment until he settles in.
Alex would thrive with a family who understands his quirks and appreciates his loyal, affectionate personality. If you’re looking for a sweet, devoted companion who just wants to be loved, Alex may be the perfect match.
Alex's adoption fee is $125 and includes age appropriate vaccinations, dewormer, heartworm medication, microchip and spay/neuter surgery.
