Hiya Friends! My name is Holly and I'm a gorgeous 1yr old female German Shepherd. I am located near Nashville TN and will be available for transport.

Kids: would do fine with older kids (10+)

Training: needs full obedience training
1. I was dumped on the side of a highway, destined to be hit by a car, starve to death, or endure incredible hardship. Thanks to a wonderful person I was saved & brought to the safety of IDGSR!
2. For a 1yr old, I'm a bit small. I am working on gaining some weight and keeping a healthy figure.
3. I play well with large male dogs and would love to have a friendly doggo in my next home. Proper introductions are a must.
4. I'm a smart girl and already know 'sit' & am house/crate trained. Will you paw-promise to continue my training and teach me all sorts of obedience commands? Let's prove I'm beauty & brains!
5. I need a patient adopter who will help socialize me and build my confidence. I was failed by hoomans so I'm a little behind for my age. Don't worry, with time, love, treats, and consistency, I'll catch up in no time!

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
-Not able to adopt? Consider FOSTERING one of our wonderful dogs!
