My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mai Tai is a VERY friendly girl.  She wants to be petted and petted and petted.  She wants to be on your lap or in your arms.  She wants to know what you are doing and wants to help. (Unless you are vacuuming - she isn't sure about that yet.).  She likes to play with toys on a string or the laser light.  If you want a cat that greets you at the door and misses you when you are gone, this could be the cat for you!  She was born August 2025. She has been spayed & is up to date on her vaccinations. All of our cats are fostered in Tennessee but we transport to most states.

More about this rescue

Wild About Cats of Cumberland County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization dedicated to humanely reducing the outside cat population in Cumberland County through Trap-Neuter-Return. Neutered feral cats are placed at feeding stations that also provide shelter. Young kittens and friendly strays are neutered and provided medical care before being placed for adoption.
