What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
"Aurora" is an approx 60-lb, 1-yo intact female Siberian Husky who is affectionate, playful & clever.
In the short time I have known Aurora she has been very sweet and accepting of all people, including young children.
Aurora likes to play with other dogs, does NOT do well with cats.
She is kennel trained.
Aurora was found as a stray in Stockton in Nov 2025, yet she looked clean and was very well mannered--making me believe that a family had cared for her. Sadly, no one has come to claim Aurora and now she is at the Stockton animal shelter as of Jan 15th.
I did not want to take her to the shelter, I fear she may not make it out of the shelter because they are so full, so I am desperately trying to find her a home.
Adoption fee is determined by the shelter, and she will be spayed upon adoption.
