Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We've had Bear since he was 9 weeks old and he's the most beautiful baby boy. He's 18 months old and needs a home with an experienced dog owner with no children or other pets - although a dog of similar or bigger size and energy would probably be good. He has been attending doggy daycare for the last year and does very well with like-minded friends. He's a herding breed so he has a lot of energy and would benefit from a fenced-in space to run and play freely. It's heartbreaking to even write this post because my preference would be to keep him forever but we are unable to provide the environment he needs to be the best pup he can be. Bear has become very territorial and resource guards us and our apartment. As a single parent, I no longer feel comfortable keeping him alone in the house with my daughters before I get home from work. He's perfect 90% of the time but with his level of resource guarding I can't take a chance. Bear needs someone with time, energy, experience and LOVE!
