My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Clover had been picked up as a stray and taken to Multnomah County Animal Shelter, she was adopted in August 2025. Not much was known about Clover’s history. We soon discovered that Clover struggled with separation anxiety and resource guarding. With some training and medications she has made a lot of progress, however, my home does not feel like the best fit for her as there is a lot of unpredictability and she often has to be crated when I work. I do have another dog and Clover gets along fine with her, but I do think that she would probably do better in a home where she is the sole pet. She also needs someone that has experience with resource guarding and the struggles that creates for her. She would benefit from a family that works from home. She really is very sweet and playful, she has just had a tough start to her life and would benefit from someone that has more understanding of what she struggles with.
