*** Lacie & Iyla are at The Cat Cafe in downtown San Diego. ***
Lacie #20060: gray/black tabby & white, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 5/1/25 Iyla #20061: cream/gray Lynx Pt Siamese mix, short hair, sp. female, born approx. 5/1/25
Cats: **BONDED PAIR** & like others Dogs: comfortable Children: all ages
BACKGROUND: Lacie and Iyla were born to a cat who is fed by a colony caretaker in Chula Vista but who isn’t comfortable living with people; a local rescuer got mom spayed and took in the kittens so they could grow up social and friendly and be able to enjoy a loving home.
PERSONALITY: Lacie and Iyla are gentle and sweet love bugs. They sleep with their foster mom every night and both enjoy being close to their people. They are typical adolescent kittens who keep themselves busy playing with a variety of toys. They run in and out of tunnels, play hide-and-pounce, jump around to catch a wand toy or a flying bug, bat balls here and there, carry catnip-stuffed mice around, run up and down tall cat trees, chase their foster friends, and wrestle each other. They are very active until they’re ready to hang out on the bed or a cozy blanket for a nap. ---Lacie especially loves close contact and frequently parks herself on your lap or on top of her sister. She seeks out your company and will even stand on her hind legs and wave her paws together to get your attention for some petting time. ---Iyla is a more laid-back girl who goes with the flow of life. She isn’t as proactive as her sister about seeking out your attention, but she always appreciates it. ---Lacie and Iyla MUST be adopted together.
COMPATIBILITY: The bonded sisters have lived harmoniously with other cats as well as cat-friendly dogs. They would be perfect for a family with children of all ages who know how to be kind to and gentle with cats.
You can’t ask for sweeter cats! Will Lacie and Iyla up the sugar intake in your home?
