Beautiful NORA is a 5-year-old Doberman mix who has already been failed once... and now she's about to lose her life. She originally entered the shelter as a stray, redeemed by her owner, just to be surrendered for the holidays.
Now Nora is sitting in a kennel, confused, terrified, tail tucked, shaking as the barking around her never stops. She is not a bad dog - her former owner said she is good with people she knows, knows basic commands, and is loving and a loyal dog.
