My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brodie is a big, sweet couch potato type of pup!
Around 4 years old, sadly, Brodie was rescued from living on a chain. As sad an inhumane as that was, Brodie didn't let him affect his personality! He has a charming "smile" that seems to say, 'hey, I'm a friendly guy - will you take me home?'

He is a sweet and independent boy. Brodie's favorite thing to do is hang out near YOU and get attention!
He likes to follow you from room to room and is happiest just being close.

He also likes going on walks and really enjoys all the outdoor scents!

He is doing very well in his foster boarding home and does fine in a crate.
As of mid January, he is working on potty training. He is a little bark-y around other dogs.

Once the application is approved we will set up a meet and greet with the pet and foster family.

In some cases we can do a virtual home visit.

Additional adoption info

To adopt from us: You fill out an adoption application and we do a vet reference. Your pets must be kept current on vaccines, spayed/neutered and receive monthly heartworm prevention. After meeting one of our pets, a home visit is required to see if all a good match.
Our adoption fee is: $300 for adult dogs and $350 for puppies; Adult cats are $125 and Kittens are $150. If adopting 2 kittens the fee is $250 for both.

To meet our pets, we would set up a time that is mutually agreeable after the application is approved. We do adoption events in central Ohio.

More about this rescue

We are a small Ohio based 501c3 rescue made up of dedicated Volunteers who help save dogs and cats from being euthanized and adopt them to loving homes. We use a system of foster homes to help the pets acclimate. Sometimes we have to board pets when we don't have enough foster homes. We also partner with some locations of Pet Supplies Plus and Mutts and Co to help our kittens/cats get adopted. We hope that one day all pets will have a home.
