Cookie may start out a bit shy, but give her a moment to settle in and she’ll melt into pets, lean in for those all‑important butt scratches, and weave around your legs like you’re her favorite person. She adores her wet food, keeps a calm and easygoing vibe, and is simply looking for someone who will hang out and lounge around with her. Cookie loves other cats and would love to find a home with a kitty friend to keep her company. Sadly, this is Cookie's second round at One Love as she was adopted from us in 2020 but recently found herself left behind after her people had to suddenly relocate. It's no fault of her own but she is looking for a new home to retire into where she can be loved, cherished and not have to worry about a thing ever again.

We understand the One Love application process may seem tedious, but, most One Love animals have been rescued from traumatic situations or have faced severe health issues. All of them have needed much love and attention from the One Love team to get them where they are today, ready for adoption! They have all been cared for in our foster homes where our team of volunteers works one on one with each animal to ensure they become happy, healthy and comfortable. We care very much for each and every animal that comes through our doors and we do everything we can to make sure they find homes that are the best possible match for their unique personalities.
