Meet Happy! The name says it all, he is just happy to be here! He is a true lap dog and just wants to be your extra super duper faithful companion. Happy's favorite thing to do is snuggle up next to you and give kisses, but he also enjoys playing with his dog friends and toys, treats (he sits pretty for them), small walks and stroller rides and sniffing (LOTS of sniffing). Happy was in a home his entire life so he knows all about couch time, bedtime and dinner time. He has a foot deformity that doesn't slow him down one bit, however he does need mostly soft surfaces like carpet/rugs and grass or soft sand. He has no idea he is any different than any other dog, but you will notice he doesn't get a lot of traction. He does seem to know his limits as far as climbing or jumping and he will require a little extra help getting up and down off of furniture and such. Happy is incredibly sweet and friendly with everyone he meets and just needs someone who is willing to give him a little extra care and lots of attention. He has done great meeting and living with multiple dogs as long as they respect him and don't try to rough house too much since he isn't built for a quick getaway. He has the personality of a Lab in a Chihuahua body, it doesn't get any better than that. If you're ready for a sweet little addition, he is ready for you!
