My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Buddha
Female DSH Black
Estimated DOB: 9/5/2022

About: Buddha has ICONIC EYEBROWS (or lack thereof). She loves to complain about everything that is wrong and that offends her. She is very vocal with a cute vocal fry. She will snuggle and sleep with you all night and you HAVE to be touching.

She is not fond of cats that want to play. If other cats leave her alone, she will tolerate them. Her ideal home would be with no other cats. We do not know about dogs as she hasn't met them.

She likes to eat out of her very own special bowl. She will sit with you all day and all night - she doesn't care. She will follow you to the bathroom and jump into your lap. She also likes to climb on shoulders and sit and perch like a parrot. She purrs so much and is very sweet. You will not sleep, pee or shower alone if you adopt her as your very best furriend!

Backstory: Buddha's previous owner was on the verge of becoming homeless and had to find places for his 3 cats to go. He found placement for the other two but not Buddha (hmmm, black cat syndrome, anyone)? We agreed to take her in and get her vet care updated.

Location: in foster

Medical: All cats are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccines (rabies and distemper), microchipped, given flea/tick prevention and dewormer, FIV/FeLV tested, and any other veterinary care that is needed prior to adoption.
