Mae Ling entered foster care the same way she enters hearts: unexpectedly and with impeccable timing. Skinny and determined, she sprinted straight into a volunteer's garage like, “Hello, yes, I live here now.” Bold move. Excellent instincts. 10/10 survival strategy.
At first Mae Ling may appear politely shy. Give her a little time and suddenly she transforms into quite the cuddler. Once you’re approved, she is all in. Lap? Hers. Couch? Shared. Soul? Gently stared into.
She’s sweet, affectionate, and loves being near her favorite humans. Mae Ling just needs to be with you, preferably touching you, preferably while making soft happy noises. Her hobbies include wand toys and gazing at you like you’re the most important thing that’s ever happened.
Mae Ling would thrive in a quiet home. She gets along well with other cats, but dogs are unknown.
If you’re looking for a cat who will start off demure and then quietly become your tiny shadow, Mae Ling is ready to report for cuddle duty.
