Ronan came to us March 2025 from a distant friend who could not keep him. He is a happy dog, goofy and energetic. He loves running around the backyard chasing squirrels or running the fence with the neighbor dogs, playing with toys, playing with our other 2 dogs. He is good on a leash after he gets acclimated. He has never bitten anyone or shown any aggression towards people, and I regularly have music students coming and going from our home. He is a huggable beast with the cutest ears and a soft smooshy face. He takes snacks politely and loves cucumber & broccoli.
We have an older dominant dog in our house, and he corrected Ronan regularly but not aggressively. In the past month or so, Ronan has started to challenge dominance which brings tension into the pack, and we cannot have the risk of any issues, especially since I teach at home.
