My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Estella is a sweet, affectionate dog who has been loved since her very first week of life. After her mom passed away, my family and I bottle-fed her and her five siblings around the clock. We ended up keeping two from the litter, and Estella has grown up in a home full of care and attention.

She is a very loving girl who enjoys cuddling on the couch just as much as she enjoys a short walk or light trail adventure. She is food motivated, which makes her eager to please and a good candidate for continued training.

Estella has lived in a home with a cat and is comfortable around cats. However, over the past few months, she has shown increasing signs of aggression toward her sister and has snapped at me when being redirected. Because I have children in my home, I do not feel it is safe or fair to keep her in this environment.

Estella would do best in an adult only home, ideally as the only dog, with someone who has experience with dogs and can provide structure.
