My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Henri!

Henri is a handsome 2-year-old Lab mix, weighing in at almost 70 pounds of pure sweetness. He’s a gentle boy who thrives on being close to his people — if you’re looking for a loyal companion who loves affection, Henri is your guy. He’s fully house-trained, incredibly loving, and happiest when he’s getting pets or hanging out near his humans.

Henri enjoys going for walks and loves to meet people and dogs along the way. He loves spending quality time with his people and settles nicely at home. Like most dogs his age, he has a few youthful habits, but they’re all very trainable — and he responds well to gentle guidance, consistency… and treats!

Henri loves toys and chewing on bones. Crates aren’t his favorite place, but he would do well with reassurance and routine.

Henri is a bit skeptical about getting into the car and has experienced some car sickness, but once he’s in, he’s calm and quiet the entire ride — he lays down and doesn’t make a peep.

Henri would thrive with:

✔ a yard to explore and sniff

✔ a loving home with a consistent routine (someone who works from home would be a great fit)

✔ another dog in the home to play with

✔ people who enjoy walks and relaxed time together

Henri is a sweet, gentle soul with a confident, affectionate personality who’s eager to please. He’s an amazing dog already and will thrive with continued gentle training and structure.
