Straight outta the shelter and into loving foster homes in DFW!
These four precious babies are getting their first taste of home life—soft beds, full bellies, gentle hands, and all the love their foster families can give. Every day they’re learning what it means to feel safe, cared for, and adored.

They’re soaking up affection, discovering toys, and starting their journey to becoming amazing family dogs. These pups will be available for adoption after January 19, and they’ll be ready to find their forever homes where the love never ends.

You will be asked to submit 3 references and provide your vet info. Make sure your references and vet know we will be calling.

Home checks are done virtually and in person.

Once your application is complete, we will place you in touch with the foster family of the dog you wish to meet. We cannot wait to help match you with the perfect dog for your family!

TGPR is a 501.c.3 organization dedicated to the protection and rescue of Great Pyrenees in Texas and surrounding areas.

TGPR helps Great Pyrenees that are considered at-risk for physical/mental injury, cruelty and abandonment and that may be subject to euthanasia and inhumane treatment.

We have Great Pyrenees of all different ages. We want to find just the right Pyr for you. We also adopt out of state, so don't hesitate if you aren't in Texas!
