With patience and a soft approach, he allows head scratches and gentle pets, even if he’s still nervous. Mackie will need a quiet, calm home where he can decompress and feel safe. He may spend some time hiding at first, but as trust grows, his sweet and calm personality will begin to shine.

Adoption Applicants are reviewed, once passed, there is a $85-$95 adoption fee. Once the fee has been collected, the animal is transferred to The Animal Hospital of Cornelius for a final wellness check and spay/neuter if applicable.
