The ideal adopter would be a couple who are financially stable and have a house(ideally no young children). Also who like jack russell terriers.
Cosmo is very sweet, very loyal. He is a small dog 19.9lbs and he has had some training. He is loving adapts very fast to new habits and he is in need of rescue because due to a health condition his owner can no longer be responsible for him. He is the perfect pet, you will really be doing a good deed by rescuing him. Cosmo is as calm as possible for his breed(which has been trained).
