Lucy is a beautiful medium haired diluted tortoiseshell. She is an advanced senior- estimated between 13–18 years old, with a calm and loving presence. She is deaf and considered special needs, but it doesn’t stop her from enjoying the simple pleasures in life. Lucy would do best as an only cat and loves spending her days lounging in sunny windows, watching birds go by. She enjoys being petted and is a sweet, quiet companion looking for a peaceful home to spend her golden years.

Homeward Bound Waggin is an all volunteer animal rescue and transport organization. We pull animals slated to be euthanized in our rural area and then find no kill rescues in other parts of the country that can take them. We also make them available for adoption in a broader geographical area.
