Meet  Slate , our handsome 5-year-old Shar Pei with a heart of pure gold
Though Slate is blind, he doesn’t let that slow him down—he navigates life with trust, courage, and endless love. He’s incredibly affectionate and thrives on cuddles, gentle affection, and of course… treats (his absolute favorite!). Slate’s sweet nature and loving soul make him truly special. He may see the world a little differently, but he loves with his whole heart

Additional adoption info

We require an adoption questionnaire (found online at www.PeiPeople.com) from all prospective adopters as well an an adoption contract , home visit and a reasonable adoption fee. We do not have any "free" animals.

At this time we are showing pets by appointment only. Most of the pets displayed here are in foster care, some are in kennels at boarding facilities and need foster homes. Please feel free to email us so you can fill out an application, which is required prior to meeting dogs
We are happy to send additional photos and bios of pets to prospective adopters.
