Blackjack is a neutered male hound/lab mix approximately 9 years old, 52 lbs. He loves walks and rides well in the car. He is house broken and crate trained. He is currently left out of the crate while his foster goes to work. He likes to play toys but overall is a very a calm dog in the house. He has been in multiple social situations (petstores, breweries, walks in the neighborhood) and has been friendly with all people and kids he meets, but has been barking at strangers when they come into the home. He is not currently in foster with a cat, but has met cats with little to no reaction. Blackjack is good with other dogs. Our adoption process begins with filling out an adoption application. We require 2 personal references, a vet reference, a phone interview and a home visit will be conducted before any adoptions are finalized.
All our dogs are vaccinated, spayed & neutered, Heartworm tested & on prevention & microchipped.
